1、行业背景

Industry background

树脂法主要用于对溶液中的有效物质的吸附或者其中离子的去除。主要分为离子交换树脂、吸附树脂以及特种树脂等几大类别。

Resin method is mainly used for the adsorption of effective substances in the solution or the removal of ions. It is mainly divided into ion exchange resin, adsorption resin and special resin and so on.

树脂处理物料的工艺主要分为吸附工序---冲洗工序---解析/再生工序---冲洗工序等。

树脂再生过程会产生大量的再生废液,其中可能还有酸、碱、高盐、高cod、高色度等等。传统的处理方式一般采用中和处理,之后与生活污水混排到生化处理。但这类水质往往需要大量的水对其进行中和处理,这样才能使其满足生化处理的需要。处理过程中不仅造成了大量的酸碱的浪费,同时由于高盐水质的波动较大,可能会影响生化系统的正常运行。

Resin regeneration process will produce a lot of recycled waste liquid, which may also contains acid, alkali, high salt, high cod, high chroma and so on. The traditional treatment method generally adopts neutralization treatment, and then mixes with domestic sewage to biochemical treatment. But this type of water often requires a lot of water to neutralize it, so that it can meet the needs of biochemical treatment. The treatment process not only causes a large amount of acid and base waste, but also may affect the normal operation of biochemical system due to the large fluctuation of high saline content.

2、膜技术应用解析

膜法作为一种物理性的分离方式,有着无相变、分离彻底、物料损失低等特点。均匀性和一致性为料液的分离纯化提供了保障。

膜法在处理树脂再生液可以程度的减少酸碱的投加量,同时减少再生废液的重量,很大程度上,降低了后续处理的费用。
